To protect our clients and patients and to comply with state and federal law all sales through Rhinebeck Equine’s website and all subdomains are final. However, if you have an issue with a product you received please contact us within 30 days at pharmacy@rhinebeckequine.com and we will try to make it right.

Damages and issues

All shipping from Rhinebeck Equine’s website and all subdomains is managed by an unaffiliated third party. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days by emailing pharmacy@rhinebeckequine.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
